Our Modoc Spice Blend will be the spice you are reaching for on the daily. Gabriella's Grandpa Billy raises cattle still today in Modoc County, California. He once told her dad, Mike, the recipe that cowboys used to BBQ meat. Mike perfected it in his kitchen on Modoc Road in Central Point, Oregon - hence the name. A blend of coarse black pepper, salt, and garlic that is great on beef and everything else. Truly, from a Bone-In Rib Steak to Avocado Toast and everything in between.
